Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be an integral member of a collaborative and strategic senior leadership team. In this role, you will apply your management, marketing, and communications expertise to deliver innovative, creative problem solving and informed decision-making that advances organizational goals.

What you will be doing:
Strategic Marketing & Storytelling
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational growth and revenue goals
- Craft compelling narratives that translate programs, services, and outcomes into clear, engaging stories for funders, partners, and clients
- Position The Family Centre as a trusted, innovative leader in community impact and workplace wellbeing
Sales Enablement & B2B Support
- Develop sales-focused marketing assets
- Partner closely with programs, operations, and leadership teams to align messaging with growth priorities
- Support social-enterprise and B2B initiatives through targeted campaigns and relationship-driven marketing
Digital Marketing & Innovation
- Lead and evolve digital platforms including website, email marketing, and social media
- Use analytics, CRM insights, and performance data to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with marketing technologies, automation tools, and best practices relevant to non-profit and B2B environments
Stakeholder & Brand Management
- Lead media relations and key stakeholder communications
- Manage external vendors including designers, printers, and web developers
- Ensure brand consistency and voice across all internal and external channels
Leadership & Collaboration
- Brings energy, momentum, and a strong visible leadership presence
- Foster a high-performance culture and atmosphere of collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a results-oriented approach
- Direct and supervise Marketing & Communications staff
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development aligned with outcomes
- Define and monitor qualitative and quantitative service objectives
- Ensure individual and unit performance is monitored and evaluated in relation to objectives and agency critical success factors

What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing and communications experience
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
- Experience supporting B2B sales, partnerships, or social enterprise initiatives is a strong asset
- Ability to navigate courageous conversations effectively
Background Check Process & Requirements:
- As a part of the selection process, The Family Centre will conduct reference checks with your most recent employers
- Police Information Check - Vulnerable Sector (completed within the last 6 months)
- Child Intervention Records Check (completed within the last 6 months)
- Reliable vehicle, available for regular use and valid driver’s license
