What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Manager, Therapy and Mental Health Services, the Clinical Supervisor focuses on clinical oversight, team development, and quality assurance compliance, including recruiting and training therapists, maintaining a clinical caseload, conducting staff evaluations, and collaborating on accreditation-aligned program improvements.
You take pride in your advanced proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, as well as your clinical supervision and crisis intervention skills. You are dedicated to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards in your work. You demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills and bring the ability to innovate care strategies and identify process improvements in clinical workflows. You value collaborative leadership and contributing to a high-functioning, trauma-informed team. You can work autonomously independently and take initiative in complex cases, and you possess advanced organizational and time management skills.
- For staff and intern therapists, ensuring adherence to trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
- Oversee crisis response protocols, including critical incident reviews and emergency interventions for clients and staff
- Drive quality assurance initiatives through ongoing file audits, accreditation-aligned policy development, and compliance monitoring
- Facilitate interagency collaboration by mediating team conflicts, addressing client/community concerns, and representing the agency in partnerships
- Coordinate team development via monthly staff meetings, timely communication of agency updates
- Optimize clinical workflows by identifying process improvements, supporting program evaluation, and implementing best practices
- Uphold professional standard through annual performance evaluations, ethical oversight, and alignment with regulatory requirements
What you will bring to the role:
- Graduate-level degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical discipline
- Certified and registered with professional association
- Minimum of five (5+) years of clinical practice with individuals, couples, and families, emphasizing evidence-based interventions and service delivery excellence.
- Formal training in clinical supervision and leadership experience is preferred
- Advanced competency in trauma-responsive care frameworks and crisis intervention methodologies.

- Police Information Check - Vulnerable Sector (completed within the last 6 months)
- Child Intervention Records Check (completed within the last 6 months)
- Reliable vehicle, available for regular use and valid driver’s license
